There are changing facilities at the gym for those coming straight from work etc. Just bring an open mind and some determination. On occasion one of our assistant instructors will teach the class under the supervision of Sifu Neil Parris. Our Wing Chun class is taught by Sifu Neil Parris. ![]() Just let us know if you'd like to come along. You also do not need a Fitness First gym membership. Classes are held in Fitness First, cottons near London bridge rail and tube station. Our current students range between 20 and 60 and include both men and women. Our minimum age is 15 and there is no upper age limit. WHAT AGE GROUPS ATTEND YOUR GROUP CLASSES? I HAVE NO MARTIAL ART EXPERIENCE, CAN I ATTEND CENTRAL WING CHUN CLASSES?Ībsolutely yes, beginners are always welcome at our group classes. You can train with Sifu Parris at our Wing Chun group classes or in a private Wing Chun lesson in London, 6 days per week. Whether you choose group classes, or a private lesson, Sifu Parris' attention to detail will guide you towards your goals, while having fun along the journey. Lessons are calm, yet energising and always focused on a practical application of the art. His teaching style adapts to each individual, bringing out the best in you, the student. Yes, he can break you, and build you back up again! In addition to his Martial pursuits, Neil Parris is a qualified Physiotherapist with a detailed understanding of human anatomy and body mechanics. Having trained in other Martial art disciplines, to include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Escrima, Neil Parris views his Wing Chun from a broad perspective while staying true to the principles taught to him. You can read Sifu Parris' regular column Trained Instinct in Wing Chun Illustrated magazine where he regularly shares his knowledge to an international audience. He has been trained both in the UK and Hong Kong, and has been teaching Wing Chun for over two decades. Since then he has actively sought out ways to continue improving his skill. Sifu Neil Parris started learning Wing Chun in 1993.
